Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regularIlplV
meeting of the ;Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
sota was held on the 8th day of January 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth Seibold and Neils The following member
were absent: None
Councilman.Seibold introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-11
WHEREAS, surety bonds for certain Village employees and a general bond
covering all Village employees are necessary to be taken out for 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that the surety bonds covering the integrity and honest performance
of duties by the following named employees in the amounts set forth are hereby
ratified and confirmed for the year 2973:
Finance Director . . . . . . . . . . $50,000
Assessor . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 500
Manager . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 50,000
Clerk. . . . . . Soo
General Bond Covering All
Village Employees . . . . . . . . 5,000
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hi1_de, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular f/A,pE, AA meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on Januar 8 , 1973,
with the original thereof on f-0-2 in my o ce, and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
