HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-006u Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular' -/Aoo ilk , meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne- sota was held on the 8th day of January 1973. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following member were absent: None Councilman_ Spaeth introduced the following Res- olution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-6 WHEREAS, Stanley A. Bingham, 18510 - 23rd Avenue North, has appealed a decision of the Board of toning Adjustment, and WHEREAS. Mr. Bingham has requested that the Village Council approve a 33 foot variance for his home. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Village Council hereby approves a 33 foot variance of the required 50 foot setback on Urbandale Lane in order that Mr. Bingham might build an addition to his home. +II The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was I I duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth The following voted against pp/AAAAAAAAA; Councilmen Ngils and 56100.1Q Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
