HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1973-005Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
svta was held on the 8th day of January 1973. The
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following member,
were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-5
WHEREAS, Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc. has requested a Conditional
Use Permit for a temporary sales office under the provisions of the Village
Zoning Ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission has reviewed this request
and has recommended that it be approved,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH that the request of Lundgren Brothers Construction, Inc. for a sales
office Conditional Use Permit within a residential dwelling on Lot 2, Block 2.
Willow Ponds, be approved subject to the office use being discontinued when ;855
(19 of 22 lots) of the development is completed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils . and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde. Counci men Hunt. Soaeth ,_Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was de^lared duly passed and adopted.
