Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular f/hIpRJS 1W I
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minne-
Isota was held on the 8th day of January , 1973. ThF
following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following member!
were absent: None
Councilman Neils introduced the following Res-
olution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 73-4
WHEREAS, Lee Barth Rajewsky, 14655 - 13th Avenue North, Minneapolis, has
requested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of
Plymouth,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the
Village Manager bt, authorized to make the necessary special assessment cor-
rections based u,!on Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin
County:
Plat Parcels Lots Block Addition
44600 3900 15 5 Suburbandale on
3950 16 Parkers Lake
The motion fcr the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The
following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
