The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following membe: were absent: None Councilman Neils introduced the following Res- olution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-3 WHEREAS, Louis A. Johnson, 1814 - 44th Avenue North, Minneapolis, has re- quested a consolidation of existing platted lots within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH tha the following consolidations be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment correc- tions based upon Village policy when the consolidations are approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcels Lots Block Addition one 44300 150 3 2. Maywood Park parcel 200 4 one 44300 250 5 2 Maywood Park parcel 300 6 one44300 360 7 2 Maywood Park parcel 400 8 i The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duty seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the followfog voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hitde. Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following voted against or abstained:' None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPINSS.
