Seibald and Neils The following member were absent: None r Councilman: Neils introduced the following Res olution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 73-1 WHEREAS, Delores S. Williams, 5111 Garfield Avenue South, Minneapolis. has requested a consolidation of existing platted parcels within the Village of Plymouth, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREOY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following consolidation be approved and that the Village Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment cor- rections based upon Village policy when the consolidation is approved by Hennepin County: Plat Parcels Gov't Lot 43723 4800 8 5200 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was , duly seconded by Counctlman Hunt and upon vote 'being' taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,`Councilmen Hunt. Soaeth. Seibold and Neils The following voted against or abstained:- None Whereupon the Resol-rtion was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
