Special Council Meeting
February 11, 2020
Deputy Mayor Davis called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m.
in the Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on February 11, 2020.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Deputy Mayor Davis, Councilmembers Willis, Roehl, McGregor, Prom,
and Carroll.
ABSENT: Mayor Wosje.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Fire
Chief Coppa, Park and Recreation Director Evans, Public Works Director Thompson, City
Engineer LaBounty, Facilities and Fleet Manager Hanson, Deputy Fire Chief Dreelan, Battalion
Chief Evenson, Building Official Jenkins, and City Clerk Engdahl.
Fire Station Architectural Firm Interviews
Council interviewed Leo A. Daly Architects and CNH Architects for the proposed renovations to
fire stations 2 and 3. The consensus of the Council was to select CNH Architects. Formal
approval of the contractual agreement would be on the February 18 regular Council meeting
agenda.
Set Future Study Sessions
The Council scheduled a study session on May 26 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss Human Rights
Committee.
Adjournment
Deputy Mayor Davis adjourned the meeting at 6:52 p.m.
