Special Council Meeting
February 18, 2020
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:00 p.m. in the
Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on February 18, 2020.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Roehl, Davis, McGregor, Prom,
and Carroll.
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Fire
Chief Coppa, Park and Recreation Director Evans, Public Works Director Thompson, City
Engineer LaBounty, Facilities and Fleet Manager Hanson, Deputy Park and Recreation Director
Northway, Recreation Supervisor Hemp, Economic Development Manager Parr, Community
Development Director Juetten, Fire Chief Coppa, Office Support Specialist Dehn, Creek Center
Manager Fleck, and City Clerk Engdahl.
Update on Plymouth Creek Center Renovation and Expansion Project
Council received an update from the architect team and construction manager for this project.
The Council discussed various elements to the project including but not limited to parking
spaces, pedestrian walkway in front of building, refuse containers, colors and layout for inside
the inside of the building, and color and material types for exterior finishes on the building.
Staff would be scheduling individual meetings with Councilmembers to receive further imput.
Set Future Study Sessions
No study sessions were scheduled.
