R ESOLUTION O RDERING I MPROVEMENT FOR THE
V ICKSBURG L ANE AND F ERNDALE R OAD P AVEMENT R EHABILITATION P ROJECT

WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a resolution on the December 10, 2019, and
amended on February 18, 2020, which fixed a date for a council hearing on the proposed
improvement of Vicksburg Lane North from State Highway 55 to County State Aid Highway 6,
Ferndale Road North from County State Aid Highway 6 to Wayzata Boulevard, 32nd Avenue
North from Vicksburg Lane North to Ranchview Lane North, Ranchview Lane North from State
Highway 55 to Medina Road, and 31st Avenue North east of Ranchview Lane North by mill and
overlay of bituminous pavement, reclamation of bituminous pavement, reconstruction of
bituminous pavement, trail improvements, replacement of concrete curb and gutter, water
repairs, sewer repairs, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, a minimum ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon March 10, 2020, at which all persons
desiring to be heard will be given an opportunity to be heard thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Plymouth City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota:
1. Such improvement is ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted March 10,
2020.
2. The City Council declares its official intent to reimburse itself for the costs of the
improvement from the proceeds of the tax exempt bond or other sources as identified
in the feasibility report.
