R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A PPLICATION FOR
S UNDAY L IQUOR S ALES OF
L ATUFF’S I NC. D/B/A L ATUFF’S P IZZERIA,
10820 S TATE H IGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, Latuff’s Inc. d/b/a Latuff’s Pizzeria, 10820 State Highway 55, currently has an On-Sale
Intoxicating Liquor License with no Sunday sales;
WHEREAS, the licensee has submitted application to add Sunday Liquor to their existing On-Sale
Intoxicating Liquor License.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the addition of Sunday Liquor Sales to the existing On Sale Intoxicating Liquor License
of Latuff’s Inc. d/b/a Latuff’s Pizzeria, 10820 State Highway 55, is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 18th day of February, 2020.
