R ESOLUTION A PPROVING 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT L IQUOR O FF S ALE L ICENSE
FOR H Y-V EE, I NC. DBA H Y-V EE, 16705 C OUNTY R OAD 24
WHEREAS, Hy-Vee, Inc. d/b/a Hy-Vee, 16705 County Road 24, has submitted application for 3.2
Percent Malt Liquor Off Sale License for their grocery store located at this site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that a 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor Off Sale License for Hy-Vee, Inc. d/b/a Hy-Vee, 16705 County
Road 24, is approved for license period that will expire January 31, 2021.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 18th day of February, 2020.
