R ESOLUTION A PPROVING T OBACCO L ICENSE FOR
M ERWIN L IQUORS P LYMOUTH, LLC D/B/A M ERWIN L IQUORS P LYMOUTH,
10200 6 TH A VENUE N ORTH
WHEREAS, Merwin Liquors Plymouth, LLC d/b/a Merwin Liquors Plymouth, has submitted a
tobacco license application for 10200 6th Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the annual license fee of $300 has been received.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the tobacco license for Merwin Liquors Plymouth, LLC, d/b/a Merwin Liquors Plymouth
at 10200 6th Avenue North is approved for a license period to expire December 31, 2020.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 11th day of January, 2020.
