C ITY OF P LYMOUTH
R ESOLUTION N O. 2020-039
R ESOLUTION D ESIGNATING THE C ONSULTING E NGINEER FOR THE
M EADOW W OOD D RAINAGE I MPROVEMENT P ROJECT (WR180009)
WHEREAS, the Meadow Wood Drainage Improvement Project is listed in the proposed 2020-
2029 Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to an engineering firm that has expertise to deliver
the project; and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received and evaluated by city staff; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that Stantec be designated as the consulting engineer for this
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Stantec is designated as the City’s consulting engineer for the Meadow Wood Drainage
Improvement Project (WR180009) in the amount of $63,051.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 28th day of January, 2020.
