Special Council Meeting
January 14, 2020
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. in the
Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on January 14, 2020.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Willis, Roehl, McGregor, Davis and
Carroll.
ABSENT: Councilmember Prom.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Administrative Services Director Hokkanen, Public
Safety Director Goldstein, Fire Chief Coppa, Community Development Director Juetten, Park
and Recreation Director Evans, Public Works Director Thompson, City Engineer LaBounty and
Office Support Representative Gottschalk.
Review 2020 Council Goals
City Manager Callister read over each individual goal and the Council discussed changes, if any,
that they wanted for each goal. The Council will be formally adopting the 2020 goals in the near
future.
Set Future Study Sessions
The Council scheduled and/or made changes to the following meetings:
• Study Session on February 18 at 5:00 p.m.: Receive update on the Plymouth Creek
Center Project
• Regular Meeting on February was moved to February 18 due to precinct caucuses
• Board and Commission social was rescheduled to April 14 at 5:30 p.m.
Adiournment
Deputy Mayor Davis adjourned the meeting at 6:48 p.m.
