RESOLUTION NO. 2009-098
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE APPLICATION OF
PLYMOUTH LIONS CLUB FOR COWBOY JACKS
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from the Plymouth Lions Club
to conduct lawful gambling at Cowboy Jacks, 4120 Berkshire Lane North; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department
resulted in no recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, within one week of approval, the applicant would need to submit a
signed copy of the lease agreement for Cowboy Jacks to the City Clerk,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it hereby approves the
application of the Plymouth Lions Club to conduct lawfid gambling at Cowboy Jacks,
4120 Berkshire Lane North.
