RESOLUTION NO. 2009-097
A RESOLUTION DENYING LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE APPLICATION OF
MAPLE GROVE LIONS CLUB FOR COWBOY JACKS
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from the Maple Grove Lions
Club to conduct lawful gambling at Cowboy Jacks, 4120 Berkshire Lane North; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it hereby denies the
application of the Maple Grove Lions Club to conduct lawfid gambling at Cowboy Jacks,
4120 Berkshire Lane North.
Approved this 14th day of April, 2009.
