RESOLUTION No. 2009-096
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAWFUL GAMBLING LICENSE APPLICATION OF
PLYMOUTH LIONS CLUB FOR .10E SENSER'S SPORTS GRILL AND BAR
WHEREAS, the City has received an application from the Plymouth Lions Club to conduct
lawful gambling at Joe Senser's Sports Grill and Bar, 16605 County Road 24, Suite 210; and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, the applicant and establishment have met the criteria established per Section 1105
of the Plymouth City Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it hereby approves the application of the Plymouth Lions
Club to conduct lawful gambling at Joe Senser's Sports Grill and Bar, 16605 County Road 24, Suite
210.
