RESOLUTION No. 2009-094
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE BIDS FOR GLEANLOCH
AND PARKERS LAKE PARK PLAYGROUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play equipment
for Gleanloch and Parkers Lake Playgrounds; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed and
bid proposals were received and opened on March 24th, 2009 for Gleanloch and Parkers Lake
Playground and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Midwest Playscapes, Inc. in the amount of
$125,000 is hereby approved.
APPROVED THIS 14TH DAY OF APRIL, 2009.
