A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE CHANGE ORDER No.1
COUNTY ROAD 47/61 INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS
S.P. 155-020-018 AND S.P. 27-661-043
CITY PROJECT NO. 6108
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
Compensation to the contractor to provide poly protection of concrete curb
and gutter. Bituminous curb ramping. Furnish and install filter log type
wood fiber bio roll. Additional traffic control caused by delays. Additional
cost to provide the prevailing wage requirement. Zebra crosswalk with
white epoxy paint. Field modifications to storm sewer strictures.
Bituminous trail connection between pedestrian ramps.
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for County Road 47/61 Intersection
Improvements, City Project No. 6108, is recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order
No. 1 for Knife River, Corp., for City Project No. 6108, by increasing the contract
amount by $36,004.40 is approved:
Original Contract Amount $838,920.20
This change Order No. 1 36, 004.40
Revised Contract Amount $874,924.60
