R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-347
R ESOLUTION A PPROVING A CQUISITION OF T EMPORARY E ASEMENT FOR THE
V ICKSBURG L ANE AND F ERNDALE R OAD P AVEMENT R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST199005)
WHEREAS, the City requires a temporary easement for construction of a trail for the
Vicksburg Lane and Ferndale Road Pavement Rehabilitation Project (ST199005); and
WHEREAS, Greg Harvey, Chief Manager, Vicksburg 55, LLC is grantor
(“Owner”) of real property located within the City of Plymouth as legally described as Lot 3,
Block 1, Don Gene Addition ( “Parcel 2”); and
WHEREAS, the owner and seller have agreed to grant the City a temporary easement for

construction over a portion of the property at 15850 32 Ave (Parcel 2) legally described within
the Temporary Easement document (the “Easement”); and
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to pay the Owner $2,200.00 as compensation in full for
their granting the temporary easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the City Council hereby approves the Easement and payment of
$2,200.00 to the Owner.
