R ESOLUTION J OINT P OWERS A GREEMENT WITH THE C ITY OF W AYZATA FOR THE
V ICKSBURG L ANE AND F ERNDALE R OAD P AVEMENT R EHABILITATION P ROJECT

WHEREAS, the jurisdiction of Ferndale Road is shared between the City of Plymouth and the City
of Wayzata; and
WHEREAS, a Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Wayzata has been prepared in which
Wayzata and Plymouth have agreed to mill and overlay Ferndale Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Joint Powers Agreement between the City of Plymouth and the City of Wayzata for
the Ferndale Road Mill and Overlay has been approved and the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to execute the Agreement and any Amendments to the Agreement.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of December, 2019.
