E LECTRIC A SSOCIATION, X CEL E NERGY, AND C ENTERPOINT E NERGY
AND O RDINANCES A MENDING S ECTIONS 1015.33 AND
1015.19 OF THE C ITY C ODE C ONCERNING U TILITY AND P ERMIT F EES
Ordinance No’s. 2019-24, 2019-25, and 2019-26 amend franchise fees with Wright-Hennepin
Cooperative Electric Association, Xcel Energy, and Centerpoint Energy, and Ordinance No’s. 2019-22 and
2019-23 amend Sections 1015.33 and 1015.19 of the City Code Concerning Utility and Permit Fees.
A printed copies of both ordinances are available for inspection at the City Clerk’s Office during
regular office hours.
