R ESOLUTION A PPROVING W INE AND O N-S ALE 3.2 P ERCENT M ALT L IQUOR
L ICENSE A PPLICATIONS OF M AHESHWARI F OODS LLC D/B/A
H YDERABAD H OUSE, 3195 V ICKSBURG L ANE N ORTH, S UITE D
WHEREAS, Maheshwari Foods LLC d/b/a Hyderabad House, 3195 Vicksburg Lane North, Suite D,
has submitted applications for Wine and On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor for a restaurant located at
3195 Vicksburg Lane North, Suite D; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted a background investigation and has found no
reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the Wine and On-Sale 3.2 Percent Malt Liquor License applications of Maheshwari
Foods LLC d/b/a Hyderabad House, 3195 Vicksburg Lane North, Suite D, are approved for a license
period that will expire January 31, 2020.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that approval is contingent upon the City receiving all documentation
as required in the liquor license application.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 10th day of December, 2019.
