City Council Special Meeting
November 26, 2019
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. in the
Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on November 26, 2019.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Prom, Carroll, Davis, Roehl, Willis, and
McGregor.
ABSENT: None.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister, Public Works Director Thompson, Parks and
Recreation Director Evans, Community Development Director Juetten, Public Safety Director
Goldstein, Recreation Manager Hemp, and City Clerk Engdahl.
Topics
(2.1) Review of Committee and Commission Applications
Council reviewed and selected residents to interview for committees and commissions on
December 10 at 5:30 p.m.
(2.2) Future Study Sessions
Council scheduled the following study sessions:
January 14, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.: Council goals for 2020
March 10, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.: Committee and Commission Social
Council added legislative priorities for 2020 to the December 3 Study Session agenda.
Brief discussion was held concerning the Minnesota GreenSteps Cities Program, and Council
directed staff to add this to the January 28, 2020 regular meeting agenda as an open forum item.
Mayor Wosje and Councilmembers Willis and Carroll stated they would serve on a
subcommittee with Wayzata School District officials to discuss joint powers agreements.

Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:52 p.
