City Council Special Meeting
December 3, 2019
Mayor Wosje called a Special Meeting of the Plymouth City Council to order at 5:30 p.m. in the
Medicine Lake Room of City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, on December 3, 2019.
COUNCIL PRESENT: Mayor Wosje, Councilmembers Carroll, Davis, Roehl, Willis, and
McGregor.
ABSENT: Councilmember Prom.
STAFF PRESENT: City Manager Callister and City Clerk Engdahl.
Topics
(2.1) Committee and Commission Interviews
Council interviewed applicants for committees and commissions and directed staff to prepare a
resolution appointing individuals for the December 10 regular Council meeting.
(2.2) Council Coordinating Representatives and Representatives to Other Agencies
Council discussed Council Coordinating Representatives and representatives to other agencies
for 2020 and directed staff to prepare a resolution appointing individuals to these positions for
the December 10 regular Council meeting.
(2.3) Deputy Mayor for 2020
Council directed staff to prepare a resolution appointing Councilmember Davis as Deputy Mayor
for 2020 for the December 10 regular Council meeting.
(2.4) Legislative Priorities for 2020
Council tabled discussion of the legislative priorities for 2020 to the December 10 Study Session,
and they changed the start time of that meeting to 5:00 p.m.
Adjournment
Mayor Wosje adjourned the meeting at 6:52 p.m.
