RESOLUTION No. 2009-065
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AN OFF -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
VINIFERA WINES AND ALES, INC., D/B/A VINIFERA WINES AND ALES, INC.,
1400 COUNTY ROAD 101 N, SUITE K5
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale intoxicating liquor
license from Vinifera Wines and Ales, Inc., d/b/a Vinifera Wines and Ales, Inc., 1400
County Road 101 N, Suite K5; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance
certificates; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a public hearing and finds no reason
to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that an off -sale intoxicating
liquor license is hereby approved for Vinifera Wines and Ales, Inc., d/b/a Vinifera Wines
and Ales, Inc., 1400 County Road 101N, Suite K5. The liquor license is issued for the
period through January 31, 2010.
