A Resolution to Approve a Tobacco License
for Walgreen Co., d/b/a Walgreens #125101
6025 Shenandoah Lane North
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a Tobacco License for Walgreen Co.,
d/b/a Walgreens 412510, 6025 Shenandoah Lane North; and
and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates;
WHEREAS, the City Council finds no reason to deny the application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a Tobacco License is hereby approved for
Walgreen Co., d/b/a Walgreens 412510, 6025 Shenandoah Lane North. The Tobacco License is
issued for the period through December 31, 2009.
