HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CiiY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was duly held at the
Council Chambers in Plymouth, Minnesota, on Mionday, the 23th day of June, 1976,
at 9:10 P.M.
The following members were present: Chairman Hilde, Commissioners Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth, and the following were absent: None.
Commissioner Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 4
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION
TO THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HORSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT FOR HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS
Whereas, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority,
Plymouth, Minnesota, desires to participate in the United States Department
of Housing and Urban Development Housing Assistance Payments Program for
existing housing,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the City Manager for the City of Plymoutl;, in his
capacity as Executive Director of the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment
Authority, be authorized aild directed to submit an application to the
Unite' 3 a:Qs Department of Housing and Urban Development seeking a
contribution contract to provide housing assistance for fifty (50) units
of Section Eight (8) existing housing.
2. That said executive director be directed to furnish a
certified copy of this resolution to be submitted with such application.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoii.g resolution was duly seconded by •
Commissioner Neils, and the following voted in favor therenf: Chairman Hilde,
Commissioners Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth, and the following voted against
the same: None.
Whereupon the resolution was .declared duly passed and adopted.

I Gerald Neils, Secretary of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that 1 have compared and annexed minutes
of a i:vating of the said Authority held on the 28th day of June, 1976,
containing Resolution No. 4, approving the submission of an application to the
United States Department of Housing and Urban Vevelopment for housing assistance
pay,,nents, with the originals thereof recc-rded in the official minute book of
said Authority and that it is a correct transcript therefrom and of the whole
of s!id original; that the foregoing minutes of the meeting at which said
resolution, was adopted is a true and complete transcript of such minutes and
that the foregoing Resolution A . 4 is a true, complete and accurate copy of
the resolution adopted at said ,neeting.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of

Housing and Redevelopment Authority, be authorized and
directed to submit an application to the United States
Department. of Housing and Urban Development seeking a
contribution contract to provide housing assistance for
fifty (50) units of Section Eight (8) existing housing.
2. That said executive elirector be directed to
furnish a certified copy of this resolution to be submitted
with such application.
