HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OPursuant to due tail and notict thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
September 1976. The following members were present:

Commissioner Neils introduce" the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

APPOINTING A HOME IMPROVEMENT GRANT COMMITTEE TO ESTABLISH
CRITERIA AND SELECT RECIPIENTS FOR HOME IMPROVEMENT GRANTS
WHERCAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth
has undertaken a iiome improvement Grant Program to improve the habitability
and safety of certain qualifying structures within Plymouth; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority finds it
necessary to establish a Grant Committee to establish criteria and select
recipients for grant monies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby
does appoint the following persons to the Grant Committee:
Armand McCaughey
Plymouth Citizen
Howard Hunt
Counci I man
Milt Dale
City Staff Person
The mo. -ion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Seibold , and upor vote being taken thereon, the
mow ng vote in favor t ere -Chairman Hilde,. Commissioners Hunt, Neils,
Seibold and Spaeth

Whereupon the Resolution -was declared duly passed and adopted.
