NRA RESOLUTION NO. 17
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1977 BUDGET OF
THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the
City of Plymouth (the "Authority") has considered the attached budget
and finds that this budget is necessary for the operation of the
Authority during the year 1978; and
WHEREAS, the Authority understands that pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Section 462.545, Subdivision 6, its budget must be approved
before a special tax may be levied; and
WIMREAS, the governing body of the City of Plymouth, by
consent resolution, must approve and authorize the levy for the
Authority which would be imposed as a special tax upon all property,
both real and personal, wi.hin the taxing district of the City of
Plymouth;
ONOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hoesing and Redeve..; ,)pment
Authority for the.. City of Plymouth that the attached budget of the
Authority is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution,
together with the attached budget, be submitted to the City Council of
the City of Plymouth together with a consent resolution for adoption
by the City Council, authorizing the levy of a special tax, in the
amount and for the purpose of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 462.411
through 462.711, upon all property, both real and personal, within
said City.
