Pursuant to due call and notice: thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day
ofAu ust 19.Z7 . The following members were present: Chairman

ADOPTION OF A DISEASED TREE REMOVAL PROGRAM
FOR LOW INCOME HOMEOWNERS USING COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT REVENUE SHARING FUNDS
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of
Plymouth has adopted a resolution providing for the use of $20,000 in
Community Development Revenue Sharing money for providing grants for
Qualified low income homeowners in making necessary repairs or energy -
reduction improvements to their homes; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain low income homeowners
also require financial assistance to remove diseased trees from their prop-
erty; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has no present prO,jram to assist such
homeowners;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that a sum not
to exceed $2,000 be set aside, from the $20,000 Community Development Revenue
Sharing money, for the express purpose of removing diseased trees from qualified
low income homeowners property as per the guidelines and eligibility require-
ments as attached hereto.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken t"ereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Chairman uilde Q missioners SnaPth and
Vasiliou

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a opted.
