CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the housing
and Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day
of May 19 77 . The following members were present:

Commissioner Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
HRA Resolution No. 13
DESIGNATION OF A DEPOSITORY FOR ROUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FUNDS
WHEREAS, th; Mousing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth is required
in its Bylaws to designate a bank or banks for the deposit of its funds;
NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Plymouth State Bank,
12805 Highway 55, Plymouth, Minnesota be so designated as the official bank
for the Plymouth Housing and Redeve-lopment Authority.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor tfiereoT.Acting Chairman Spaeth. Commissinnerc N.ilt,
Neils and Vasiliou
The ollowing voted against orabstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
