Pursuant to due call and notice th-.reof,a regular meeting of
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the ,7T stay of Marcy, 19 78. The following
members were present:'ChAirmap Spaeth. Commissioners Ault, Bakke and Hunt.
The following members were absent: Commis oner.,Ng ac
Commissioner Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 24
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO
THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR
25 ADDITIONAL SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE UNITS
WH :'REAS, the HRA of the City of Plymouth wishes to provide additional
housing assistance to those persons of low and moderate incomes, and
WHEREAS, the Minneapolis HUD Area Office has indicated that 25 addi-
tional Section 8 Rent Assistance Units for existing housing are available
to the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that -the
Executive Director be authorized and directed to submit an application
to the Minneapolis HUD Area Office for twenty-five (25) units of Section
8 existing housing.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolgtion was declared duly pe_ and adopted.
