CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a regular meeting of
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City o Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 30th day of January `, 19 . The following
members were present: Chairman Spaeth. Commissioners Ault, Bakke &Hunt .
The following members were absent: Com.issioner Neils
Commissioner Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
HRA Resolution No. 22
ADOPTION OF A CHANGE IN THE INCOME
LIMITS IN THE CITY HOME IMPROVEMENT GRANT GUIDELINES
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing Rehab Cormitte has unanimously requested a
change in the City's Home Improvement Grant ':vidclines to permit a larger segment
of the City's lower income population to obtain necessary energy reduction related
improvements; and
10 WHEREAS, such change would only go into effect as of August 1, 1918 provided
30,000 of CDRS money will belmade available at/or about that time;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the 3rd.paragraph of Item D,
Section III of the City's Home Improvement Grant Guidelines be changed to the
following:

Co 'oner Ault , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
