CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a . regular meeting of
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 26th day of June 19 78. The following
members were present: Commi5sionprs Rakkpdens and Spaeth
The following members were absent: _Commissioners Ault and Hunt
Commissioner Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
HRA RESOLUTION NO.24A
REQUESTINu HENNEPIN COUNTY TO SERVE AS
GRANT ADMINISTRATING AGENCY FOR THE MINNESOTA HOUSING FINANCE
AGENCY HOME IMPROVEMENT GRANT FUNDS (PHASE III) FOR IMPLEMENTATION
WITHIN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota desires to assist low income homeowners in making repairs to their
homes for the purpose of correcting defects affecting directly the safety,
habitability, or energy usage of the property: anu
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency has funds to be used for
such purposes, and will accept application from counties desiring to administer
these Home Improvement Grant Program funds; and
WHEREAS, Hennepin County proposes to serve as grant administrative agency
replacing the Metro Council Housing and Redevelopment Authority in that function
for Phase III of the Home Improvement Grant Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, M?NNESOTA that Hennepin County apply for Phase III_
grant funding from the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency and that the City of
Plymouth be included as a participant in the Phase III Program.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

following vote in favor tt ereof: Commissioners Bakke, Neils and Spaeth
