CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority of P1y7 outh, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day
of October , 19 78. The following members were present:
ng members were absent: Commissioners Ault and Bakke
Commissioner Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
HRA Resolution No. 26
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH MOEN AND PENTTILA FOk 1978 AUDITING SERVICES
WHEREAS, State Law requires municipal corporations to undergo a comprehensive
financial audit each year, and
WHEREAS, Moen and Penttila, Certified Public Accountants, have capably provided
such services to the City in the past, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement for 1978 services;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does authorize the
Chairman and Executive Director to enter into an agreement, dated October 16, 1978,
with Moen and Penttil: for 1978 audit :services, and
FURTHER, the costs related to audit services to be expended in relation to actual
hours expended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
