C!TY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a _ regiflar meeting of
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 27t+i day of August , 1979 . The following
members were present: Commissioners Hunt, Neils and B—Me
The following members were absent: Commissioners Spaeth and Hillstrom
Commissioner Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION REGOMMENDIVG THE FLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL ENTER INTO A
WITH HENNEPIN COUNTY REGARDING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Ho!,sing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth has
considered the attached contract with Hennepin County for the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program for fiscal year 1980-81; and
WHEREAS, this cont -act appears to afford the City of Plymouth the best opportunity,
at this time, to utilize potential CDBG funds for the City's housing needs;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Plymouth that the attached contract be recommended for adoption
by the Plymouth City Council.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor t ereof:'Vice Chairman Hunt, Commissioners Neils
and Bakke
The following vote aga nst orabstained: one ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
