CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a special meeting of
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 19th day of November 19 79. The following
members were present: Chairman SAaet , Commjssjoners 9-akke, Hillstrom and Neils.
The following members were absent: CommissioneP Runt
Commissioner Hillstrom introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
HRA RESOLUTION NO. 30
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH MOEN AND PENTTILA FOR A FISCAL YEAR AUDIT
FOR 1978-79
WHEREAS, State Law requires municipal corporations to undergo a compre-
hensive financial audit each year, and
WH,'REAS, Moen and Penttila, Certified Public Accountants, have capably
provides such services to the City in the past, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement for 1978-79
services.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does
authorize the Executive Director to enter into an agreement with Moen and
Penttila for fiscal 1978-79 audit .-rvices.
FURTHER, the costs related to audit services shall be expended in
relation to actual hours expended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Qmmi sioner Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote orheinavreof: Chairman Spaeth, Commissioners Bakke,
Hillstrom and Neils
The following voted against or abstainer,:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed -and adopted.
