HOUSING AND RLDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Pursoant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, Minnesota washeld on the 7th day of
April 19 84 The following members were present:
Chairman H lstrom Commissioners Bakke Erickson Ilo t and Neils
The o owing members were absent:. None
Commissioner Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
HRA Resolution No. 31
AMENDING !HE YEAR IV CDBG PROJECT DESIGNATION FOR "DIRECT BENEFIT
PROGRAM MI -MODERATE INCOME HOUSING - SECTION 235 LAND WRITE-DOWN"
WHEREAS, the Plymouth HRA wishes to permit the use of certain CDBG
funds, now designated in the Year IV Program specifically for Section 235
Land Write -Down, for a broader range of low -moderate income housing oppor-
tunities such a% low -moderate income elderly housing land write-down;
NOW, THEREFLRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH ROUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the Year IV CDBG Project
designation for la0d write-down be amended to delete the working "Section
235" from the La. -.,d Write -Down designation.

Commissioner Hoyt , and upon vote being .-aken thereon, the
