HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Pursuant to due cell and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of
May 1980. The following members were present:
Chairman Hil strom Commissioners Bakke,_ Erickson, Hoyt and Neils
The ollowing members were absent: None
Commissioner Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
HRA Resolution No. 32
AMENDING THE REGULATIONS ESTABLISHING ADMISSION AND ACCUPANCY FOR
PLYMOUTH SECTION 8 RENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Plymouth HRA wishes to amend its present Admissions and
Occupancy Policy to incorporate the means to provide for a fair hearing for
any Section 8 tenant requesting such a hearing prior to the termination of
a Section 8 Certificate;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT
AUTHORITY that the attached Admission and Occupancy Policies be approved for
Plymouth's Section 8 Reny` Assistance Program as of the date of this resolution.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Rnsolution was duly seconded by
