HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Housing
and Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth, Minnesl.8 v;, -.s held on the 25th day
of November 1980 . The following members were present.•

Commissioner Erickson introduced the following Resolution and moved
is adoption:
HRA Resolution No. 31
RECOMMENDING ALLOCATION OF YEAR VII CDBG FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth for Year VII will be in receipt of approx-
imately $138,000 of Community Development Block Grant funds to utilize in
such a way as to assist low and moderate income persons; and
WHEREAS, on November 25, 1980 the Plymouth Housing anu Rehabilitation
Authority held a legally constituted public hearing to allow interested
parties to express their opinions; and
WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth
discussed ways the CDBG funds could be utilized in accordance with federal
guidelines.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH HRA that the
City Council be recommended to allocate the Year VII Community Development
Block Grant funds as follows:
98,000 - land Write Down Assistance
40,000 - Housing Rehabilitation Grants
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Bakke , and upon vote being taken thereon., the
fold w tag voted in favor thereof: Chairman Hillstrom Commissfonprs Batik
and Erickson

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
