CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,a special meeting of
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 20th day of July , 19 81. The following
members were present: ActingChajrman Npiln. Commissioners Erickson & Howt
The following members were absent: Chairman Hillstrom A Cnmmissinnar Rakko
introduced the following Resolution and

HRA RESOLUTION HO. 31-03
APPROVING THE REVISED MASTER ANNUAL CONTRIBUTIONS CONTRACT (.ACC) FOR THE
PLY114OUTH SECTION 8 PROGRAM
WHEREAS, a revision is required in the Master ACC for the Section 8 Program
to change the fiscal ,year end date from December 31 to June 30 to bring the
contract into conformance with actual practice;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Plymt uth that it hereby approves the revision of the Master ACC
to change the fiscal year end date on.the contract from December 31 to June 30.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Commissioner Erickson , and upon vole being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Chairman Neils; Commissioners
Erickson & Hoyt ,
The following voted against or a staine : one ,
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
