Mr. Lefler then requested that 1 indicate to the Plymouth HRA that a resolution should be passed designating James G. Each of the 25 factors are assigned a certain point value with the maximum number of points any comminity can acquire totaling 100 points. Plymouth's total points equal 57.0 for a ranking of 16th (a tie with Hastings) out of 188 communities. Consequently there are 15 communities above Plymouth and 171 communities below Plymouth. Since the Housing Policy 39 of the Metro Development Guide does establish Funding priorities based on each community's efforts at providing lower-cost housing, the better our score, the better our chances for future funding.
