R ESOLUTION N O. 2019-295
R ESOLUTION D ESIGNATING THE C ONSULTING E NGINEER FOR THE S CHMIDT L AKE R OAD AND Z ACHARY
L ANE P AVEMENT R EHABILITATION P ROJECT (ST209005)
WHEREAS, the Schmidt Lake Road and Zachary Lane Pavement Rehabilitation Project is listed in
the proposed 2020-2029 Capital Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, a request for proposal was sent to an engineering firm that has expertise to deliver
the project; and
WHEREAS, a proposal was received and evaluated by city staff; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends that Bolton & Menk, Inc. be designated as the consulting engineer
for this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Bolton & Menk, Inc. is designated as the City’s consulting engineer for the Schmidt
Lake Road and Zachary Lane Pavement Rehabilitation Project (ST209005) in the amount of $249,827.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 12th day of November, 2019.
