MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
JUNE 21, 1979
A regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Plyrouth,
Minnesota was held on the 21st day of June, 1979 at 6:45 p.m. at the City Council
Chambers in the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. The following members of the Autnori'ty
were present: Chairman Spaeth, Commissioners Bakke and Hillstrom. Commjissioners
Neils and Hunt arrived at 7:00 p.m.
There were also present the following members of the City staff: Associate
Planner Dale, Planner Tremere and Manager Willis.
Chairman Spaeth read the call of the meeting. It was moved by Commissioner
Hillstrom, seconded by Commissioner Bakke, to approve the minutes of the
April 2, 1979 regular meetinq as submitted.
Motion carried, three ayes.
Discussion took place regarding the proposed audit of HRA activities by
Moen and Pentilla. Commissioners requested that staff obtain quote by another
auditing firm. it was moved by Commissioner Hillstrom and seconded by
Commissioner Bakke.
Motion carried, `.ree ayes.
Staff F.howed Commissioners a slide show featuring a variety of housing
rehabilitation work done in the City over the last couple years.
Meeting adjourned at 7:15 p.m.
