MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
February 26, 1979
A regular mtet ag of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 26th day of February, 1979 at 7:00 p.m. at the City
Council Chambers in the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. The following members jf
the Authority were present: Chairman Spaeth, Commissioners Hunt and Neils.
Commissioner Bakke was absent.
There were also present the following members of the City staff:
Associate Planner Dale and Secretary Garrity.
Chairman Spaeth read the call of the meeting. It was moved by Commissioner
Neils, seconded by Cc -nissioner Hunt, to approve the minutes of the January 29,
1979 regular meeting submitted.
Motion carried, three ayes.
Mr. Dalc reviewed the revised Housing Assistance Plan goals for the Year V
application and the three-year goals. The Commissioners endorsed the plan as
proposed by staff.
Mr. Dale questioned whether special assessments will be allowable for the
Home Improvement G -ant Program. Commissioner Spaeth directed Mr. Dale to meet
with Hennepin County and HUD to determine if they would be acceptable.
It was lived 4 Commissioner Hunt, seconded by Commissioner Spaeth, to
reappointment Commiz sioner Neils as Secretary -Treasurer to the Plymouth HRA
for 1979.
Motion carried, three ayes.
It was moved by Commissioner Neils, seconded by Chairman Spaeth, to
reappoint Commissioner Hunt as Vice Chairman of the Plymouth HRA for 1979..
Motion carried, three ayes.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
