MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HnUSING
AND REDEVE1 - ' JT AUTHORITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
May 22, 1978
A regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of May, 1978 at 7:15 p.m. at the City Council
Chambers in the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. The following members of the
Authority were presert: Commissioners Ault, hunt and Neils.. Chairman Spaeth
and Commissioner Bakke were absent.
There were also present the follnwing m.n.-bors of the City staff: Manager
W1111s, Associate Planner Dale and Secretary Garrity.
Acting Chairman Hunt read the call of the meeting. It was moved by Com-
missioner Neils, seconded by Commissioner Ault, to approve the minutes of the
April 24, 1978 regular meeting as submitted.
Motion carried, three ayes.
Mr. Dale reviewed the Section 8 progress repoet.
It was moved by Commissioner Neilt, seconded by Commissioner Ault, to
accept the Section 8 progress report as presented.
Motion carried, three ayes.
Is Mr. Dale reported on Barbara Jefferson's request for assistance to hook up
to City sewer and water.
It was moved by Commissioner Neils, seconded by Commissioner Ault, to
accept the Housing Rehab Committee's report as presented.
Motion carried, three ayes.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
