MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOUSING
AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
October 24, 1977
A regular meeting of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 24th day of October, 1977 at 7:0u p.m. at the City
Council Chambers in the City of Plymouth, Minnesota. The following members of
the Authority were present: Commissioners Neils, Spaeth and Vasiliou.
Chairman Hilde and Commissioner Bakke were absent.
There were also present the following members of the City staff: Planner
Dillerud, Associate Planner Dale and 'Secretary Garrity.
Acting Chairman Spaeth read the call of the meeting. It was moved by
Commissioner Neils, seconded by Commissioner Vasiliou, to approve the minutes
of the September 26 regular meeting as submitted.
Motion carried, three ayes.
Milt Dale reviewed recent HRA activities, including the Environmental
Assessment Report, Section 8 Rent Assistance Program and Home Improvement
Grant Program.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
