APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
TRUNK HIGHWAY 55 CULVERT REPLACEMENT PROJECT
S.P. 2723-116, S.A.P. 155-010-004
CITY PROJECT NO. 7138
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared for the following:
Change in alignment for the culvert, abandonment of a portion of the existing
culvert, replacement of two traffic signal loop detectors, and a reduction in
mobilization costs; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for Think Highway 55 Culvert Replacement, S.P.
2723-116, S.A.P. 155-010-004, City Project No. 7138, is recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Change Order No. 2 for Think
Highway 55 Culvert Replacement, S.P. 2723-116, S.A.P. 155-010-004, City Project No.
7 13 8, increasing the Contract Amount by $2,727.00 is approved:
Original Contract Amount $344,252.35
Previous Change Orders (Deduct) $(26,806.92)
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 - Deduct $2,727.00
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT $320,172.43
Adopted by the City Council on January 13, 2009.
