R ESOLUTION A PPROVING E NCROACHMENT A GREEMENT FOR A R ETAINING W ALL WITHIN
THE D RAINAGE AND U TILITY E ASEMENTS ON THE T WINHOMES OF G LACIER V ISTA

WHEREAS, the Twinhomes of Glacier Vista Association, property owner, has requested the City
to approve an encroachment agreement allowing the construction of a retaining wall within drainage
th
and utility easements at the subject property located east of 56 Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as Parcel ID No. 04-118-22-44-0025 and Lot
13, Block 3, Glacier Vista; and
WHEREAS, the encroachment agreement permits only the retaining wall and related facilities
within the easements and all related facilities must still meet all applicable City codes.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the encroachment agreement which will allow a retaining wall in the drainage and
utility easements at the subject property is approved.
APPROVED by the City Council on this 8th day of October, 2019.
